I had an online order to pick up and ended up wanting to switch one of the items out. Christian was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

I was at forever 21 and me and my friend were just looking around and a fat blonde lady came up to me and and said got some shirts goin on and I said yep and I walked away and I told my friend that I thought she was following us around and then she got security and we left but Im never coming back again, that fat lady is just jealous but she cant fit in any of the clothes we were looking at, at least I dont be looking like a fat hippo!

when i was there with my friends the big blond lady i think she was the manager was following me and my friend around she even called security on us for no reason and she was very rude and racist to me and my friends. never coming back there and there cloths are ugly like her ugly fat self looking like a blueberry
