Id give them no stars if it allowed that, I ordered delivery from them today and spent 37dollars for them to hand my order out to someone else and refunded my order without even contacting me first. I got a text message from a door dasher letting me know. Then I had to call the store over 30 times before some picked up and instead of a greeting they say" your order has been refunded" so I'm like why did I have to call over 30 times before you answer? That let's me know I was being ignored by them which is bad business. I requested my order be sent out and he told me I would need to pick it up they don't do delivery which is a lie. I went to their site to order delivery not door dash.they then hung up on me and did not answer again. They are very rude and unprofessional at this store I wouldn't recommend spending your hard earned money with them

Their website double charged. When I told the store about it, the cashier scribbled my name on a random piece of paper. I called corporate for them to file a report to higher. Still waiting to get a refund. Called the store several times, no one answers and no voicemail set up. Unprofessional.

Every single time i order my wings/fries well done they are never well done. Maybe 1/4 times. I also bit into a black veiny piece the other day which pretty much ruined wing stop for me completely on top of it being undercooked AGAIN. Probably wont ever be back. Bdubs service is horrible but at leasy their foods good and cooked well done when i ask.

First time ever getting food from a Wingstop. After I decided to stop going to B Dubs because their food is trash, I was hesitant to try another wing chain. But I love wings so we have it a shot. I was very impressed with the food. We ordered delivery which took about an hour(we live about 20-25 minutes away). The wings were still hot and my cheese fries were too. Flavor was great. All around great experience. If this is the norm, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Trash, yah gotta do something about yahs workers. Second time Ive walked in to one tweaking off some sort of drugs and the fact that they are always arguing over the phone with somebody. Do better.
