On 1/25/2024, my wife and I visited the new T-Mobile store on Evansvilles west side at 222 S. Redbank Rd. Our internet service through another provider had been out for 2 weeks and we were told they were working on the issue in our area. When our internet revived, it only lasted a few hours and went out again and has been spotty ever since. Frustrated, we explained to Diego S. at T-Mobile that we wanted to see if we could establish wireless internet with a T-Mobile router at our address. We are not T-Mobile phone customers. Diego gave us excellent customer service, and we brought home a router to try for free for 2 weeks. All we had to do was plug it into a wall outlet and put it in front of a window. Nothing to connect with wires at all. We are getting 3 bars with download speeds of 170 Mb/s, whereas our other internet providers download speeds were only 7 Mb/s at best. We are very happy with this product and the service we received at this new store and recommend it to other customers.

The employees at this store were extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful in regards to the charges on our plan. No one could give us answers or insight as to why we were overcharged for over two years. The staff even refused to call customer service on our behalf while in the store. Because of these interactions, we immediately switched to Verizon upon leaving the store. Very disappointed with the service at this store.

These guys/girls are really nice and seem to genuinely care about the customer. This is a fairly new store and the 2 times I was there; there was no waiting to get service.
