Waited weeks for my card never arrived , I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

Everytime I come in they knows who I am I am taken care for as soon as I get there. These guys are fun to work with. They get in and out. Ashley and JanDan and Jamaica Williams are sweet hearts.

One of the guys, I'm not sure if he was a manager or something, asked the long line if anyone needed a deposit slip to "speed up" the line. I was on my phone trying to get information pulled up for when the teller got to me. He then directly called me out and asked if I needed a direct deposit slip. I told him no. He then goes on to ask me three more times getting more hateful each time before I tell him, "No, if I needed one I would of said yes the first four times you asked." He turns to walk off and says some racial comment towards Hispanics. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They was supposed to email me a form to fill out a week prior and never did. The teller was hateful when I got to her and acted like I was wrong for asking a few questions I had about it.

This bank is amazing you don't have to pay every month here unlike German American and Old National bank and everybody is friendly here too!!!
