They have terrible customer service! I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to order parts for my fridge and they still haven't! They either don't care or are incompetent. Even after call them and asking what was going on they still didn't provide answers! I highly suggest going somewhere else! Guess you should check your records better. Because you cashed my check! Brian the service technician was amazing. This is a very responsive company and helped me tremendously with a bad dishwasher and dealing with a home warranty company. The service here is top notch! They were dispatched by the warranty company and were out to my home in a matter of less than 2.5 hours! Very honest about repairs. This is the best appliance repair company you could ever use. $99 to come out to tell me its broke without getting a single tool out. Had to even ask the repair person to maybe get a tool out to check and make sure the appliance is getting power. Feel lime I could have spent the $99 towards a new dishwasher since I could tell it was broke too.
