Devonshire Gardens Apartments

Would not recommend getting any apartment here. They have bed bugs and roaches. Not only that but a lot of discrimination by management here.

Do not move here!!!!! The new management is trash and were in the process of moving out! They have zero communication and turn everything back onto you. UPDATE YOUR HOURS IF YOURE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN ON A SATURDAY.

Do not move in here. The new ""management"" company will charge you for EVERYTHING! Edit: as of April they charge you and extra $10 for paying money order or check. What used to be the only way to pay now you have to pay MORE because the CEO needs a bigger yacht your base rent is a lie, you also have to pay for trash reimbursement, water, sewer, pest control, pet rental fee, in total for a 1 bedroom apartment I'm paying $1000 just...for ..rent... It's cheaper to buy a house than live here. Stay away

I went to the front office a few days ago to inquire about renting an apartment. The manager at the main office was immediately hostile, and met all of my questions with a tone that was not only rude but conveyed how much I was bothering her by being there. I will be taking my money to people who appreciate their tenants and I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to continue to do so elsewhere.

I have never rented before and I am completely traumatized by this place. Its just short term for my divorce. New owners and management took over a short while after I moved in. The phones suddenly stopped being answered and emails go unread and no response. The office is always dark, blinds close and appears empty. Ive complained for months about my upstairs neighbor. Its just one single guy who smokes like his lungs depend on it for freaking life and no one will do anything about it! My daughter has asthma and its making me sick! Were STAYING sick with coughs. He stomps all night long and cooks awful smelling stuff that lingers through my vents!.All while smoking! (Jeffrey Dahmer much?) Im pretty sure at one point my ceiling has perviously caved in and Im pretty sure its the same apartment as a past review with pics. My door has light shining in around it, along with cold air which makes it impossible to heat my living room area. I had AC issues all summer long. I suspected mold after moving in, but honestlyafter the cigarette smoke started I had forgotten all about the mold subject! Thank you Devonshire Gardens for making sure my 3, 7 and 13 year old get to be smokers, before being old enough to even make the choice to smoke! PS lets not forget the amazing parking options we have. (None) Or the nice long walk to your car..or the dumpster to take youre trash out! Its on the very far end conveniently for you to get your exercise in! (Over by the broken fence with the big dog for your safety!)
