The landlord is rude and is intimidating. He is does not know how to tell the truth and deal with people. The experience of people with him say he talks down to them. I suggest looking somewhere else.

Apartments were dirty and neighbors are constantly noisy. It looked like amateurs painted the apartment as well as fixing anything. Take pictures before moving in. They charged my family for damages that were already present.

Riordan Properties are excellent people to rent apartments from. They are always doing something to make sure their clients are living in a safe place as well as well-kept. I am proud to have anyone come to my "home". In the winter they promptly clear the walkways of snow and ice. In the summer the lawn is always mowed. Since I have lived here the off street parking has been repaved, security cameras installed as well as security to the outside common entry. I absolutely love living here and would recommend Riordan Properties to anyone.
