City Pointe Apartments and Townhomes Evansville

My family and I just moved into City Pointe, and this is our first apartment weve rented. We were in a very bad time crunch to find a place to live and the property manager Anna Lena made it so easy and painless to move in! I wouldve been so lost without her, she got my family moved in, in under a week, even though every other place we called to apply to wouldnt send us the applications or wouldnt respond to us. We qualified for a 2 bedroom but our family wanted a 3 bedroom and Anna Lena made that happen! Weve lived here since the beginning of January and we absolutely love our new home! As first time renters, we are extremely happy and lucky to have had someone like Anna Lena in our corner to help us. Shes answered all of my questions and been extremely understanding of any issues weve had so far. City Pointe is clean, nice, safe, and quiet. We absolutely love our new apartment! P.S. , Anna Lena had this adorable puppy that helped us with all our paperwork, her little office assistant is just the cutest and definitely made paperwork and moving in 1000x better lol

The property is very clean and updated. As a young female I feel very safe and comfortable in this community. The community manger Anna is AMAZING! She continues to go the extra mile for me. The apartments are clean and very modern!

Annalena and Matt are truly accommodating. No matter what the situation may be, they will be sure to follow Fair Housing laws and sufficiently problem solve. This is hard to find in property management and maintenance staff.
