Great product and professional customer service. Received the Minimax Tug and it was missing one small piece. I contacted the company, they apologized and sent a replacement part the next day. Works great with my Cirrus SR22.

I recently bought this Minimax tug for my new 2012 Cirrus G-3. The new Cirrus aircraft was just too heavy to push by myself. We flew over to Evansville, IN for a quick pick-up. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They met us at the airport for a demo and the transaction. It's been perfect.. easy to use, compact and dependable... and at a very reasonable price (be sure to get a few accessories as suggested by the Minimax team) I would do it all over again. It's great value and a great product.

I needed a way to single-handedly push my Cessna 120 out of the hangar in the cold of winter when the tires have taken a set. Brandon (the owner) was very helpful in a non-pushy way to help me choose "The Boss". The box arrived safely and a couple hours later I had finished the assembly (easy) and put it into use. At first, I was skeptical about using an electric drill for power but now I see the advantages, and the 20V Dewalt is a perfect fit for the task. A simple elegant solution! Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have bought 2 Minimax tugs for our airplanes. I have had several questions and each time these guys have come through for us. They ask the right questions and quickly get to the bottom of the issue. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon and the people at Minimax Aircraft Tugs are the perfect example of what it means to care for your customers after the sale. They are the bar by which others should be measured. Every time we have called, no matter if was a simple question or if we needed assistance with something, they are always very happy to help. Even when they have updated a product (drill connection shaft) and learned that I was using the old version. They offered to mail me out the new revised model, no questions asked. I will be telling anyone who will listen about the service and attention that this company gives to it's customers. If you are interested in any product that they offer, please give them a chance. The customer service alone is worth experience, not to mention the great products.
