Came in about 2 weeks ago and spoke with jack about getting my past 2 years taxes done. Took his card and email put him in my quickbooks as a accountant. The invites were never accepted and I have called 4 times left 2 voicemails and a message with the secretary to call me about the taxes. Never heard back from him on any of the phone messages I left. If you didn't want the business or was to busy instead of dragging me on for 2 weeks with no replies a email or phone call would of been nice and I could of found someone that was willing to help me.
