Went through a commercial real estate deal with the company as a buyer. There were issues with zoning, property lines, etc. of the purchased property (seller issues). Myers trust was aggressive in clearing up all issues before purchase of property and working with a difficult seller. The advise and guidance we received throughout the process was worth well more to our company than any commission paid out. Would highly recommend based on my experience, their professionalism, and fact that commissions come second to getting clients what they want/need.

Myers Trust was professional in my land purchase. Myers Trust took time to promptly answer my phone calls and understood the process of both buying ans selling. They offered several additional insights and guidance to help through the process. I will work with them again in the future.
