Tim offers outstanding service and was able to sell my sisters house- while she and I both live out of state. He was efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of listing and preparation of the property . Especially in connecting us with services we needed like- movers-cleaners- estate sale folks- landscaping- he definitely went the extra mile to close a deal quickly and seamlessly for us! Thank you!! Without hesitation we recommend him for your home sale- you will not find a better realtor!

Tim was excellent!!! Got our condo listed and sold expediently. Great at communicating with us. Went above and beyond when asked to help with extra things as we live out of town. Highly recommend him!!!

Horrible service. Rarely responsive. You have to wait for days or weeks before you hear a response back. Unprofessional service and poor schedule management. As a buyer you will end up doing his job of contacting sellers and setting things up with the county and seller's agent. You don't need an agent that does not care. Get an agent that wants to get things done and puts you as a priority. Tim's behavior shows badly on Remax 100. Will never deal with Remax 100 again.
