It a great feeling knowing my vehicle was in great hands. The guys did a great job finding and fixing my issues. While the whole time the ladies in the office kept me updated threw the whole experience. Thank you QIS I couldn't of asked for better service. But most of all for caring about me as a customer.

I came into the shop a bit despite because my Audi Q5 was not driving well at all. I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me and I was nervous that I wouldnt make it. They immediately put me at ease and within 15 minutes, one of the mechanics was looking at my car. IN/MI had terrible snow then extreme freezing the day prior, and I had 5 inches of ice frozen to the bottom of my car!!! The mechanic spent an hour melting it all and I was back on the road with no problems. I plan to take my car there for service going forward. Great shop with great people. Thank you!

This is only place I trust to provide service on my vehicle. The team is very knowledgeable, patient and overall awesome. The prices are very reasonable and I would 10 out of 10 recommend P.S the receptionist Pauline is the nicest and sweetest person ever
