TOP level! We purchased a rental building from across the country, site unseen, with total trust in Amy, and since getting our first tenants it has been paying for itself as well as giving us money in the bank. After verifying what we are looking for, Amy found it and took care of EVERYTHING. Our only obligation is to be sure to pay the mortgage. She handles tenants, rents, repairs, deposits into our bank account, utilities. We have constant communication and will absolutely be finding more properties with her in the future. My family started working with Amy several months ago; she represented us as a buyer's agent. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Amy was knowledgeable and dedicated. She waded through snow drifts to send us video walkthroughs, she asked (and answered!) a lot of questions, and she continually endeavored to find us a home that checked all of our boxes. It was especially tough to find us a home in Spring 2022, when so few homes were available and prices were so inflated, but she did it!
