Last time we tried to stay here was right after Covid. Hotel looked like it had sustained water damage. Warped floors, doors, and mold. Haven't been back since. .

I have several issues. #1 I am a Diamond member and used the Choice app to book a rewards night. I have never in all my years had an issue with my wife checking in even though the booking is in my name or vice versa if the booking is in her name I have never had an issue checking in. They gave my wife a bunch of hassle trying to check in and wanted me to send them an email giving my wife permission to check in. I ended up calling the front desk and giving the lady an earful and asked to speak to a manager and she relented and said everything is fine. #2 The water pressure in the room on the second floor was absolutely unacceptable. I had to literally stand on the drain directly underneath the head to take a shower because the pressure was so weak that it only made it out of the head about 2 inches before it started going straight down. #3 The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. We were in the hot tub and the hot tub was way warmer. And this is on a weekday with not very many vehicles in the parking lot so you can't say that too many people are taking a shower. #4 The pool room closing at 9:00 is earlier than nearly all motels that we have stayed at previously. With check in being 3:00 and the pool closing at 9:00 that is only 6 hours. Most places close the pool at 11:00 give or take that way adults can relax when kids are most likely in the rooms by then. With the cost of the room we should be able to utilize the pool and hot tub a little longer.

Well for starters when I checked in there was dirty women's panties in the room then went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work at all so I walked downstairs to the desk. I told them what I found they followed me up to the room told me they would get me another room, I said that was fine that stuff happens. They find another room and went with me as we walked in the room it was also not clean I pointed to the dirty sheets and dirty floor then pick up the phone and that one also doesn't work. Walk back down to the desk and they write a list of rooms that are available and we are back to looking! Proceeded to walk through 3 more rooms before a clean one. I asked to speak with a manager and it took 30 min to speak with her as my family is waiting for me to tell them it's ok. 2 1/2 hours of waiting before I'm able to actually check in was told I was going to be reimbursed for the room but would take 3 to 5 business days we are now 8 days and no compensation for the trouble and the manager won't take my phone call or return the call looks like I will do this a different way and take legal action! I do not recommend this place at all and if it wasn't for everyone being booked full those days I wouldn't have stayed!!!!!!! Noteworthy details: Horrible management and dirty rooms and electronics don't work
