        Cost, amenities and friendliness definite 5 stars. Perfect for the business traveler visiting Elkhart. They recently updated the rooms and added some details like the laptop stand and new lamps with multiple power charging options. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel room with the size and layout. Great location to the toll road and easy walking distance to restaurants. Nancy and the other staff are helpful and friendly! And one of the most important features for me: You can open the window for fresh air!

        I would give the place a 5 star rating in each category were it not for Murphys Law of Smoke Detectors which randomly decided to start going off for seemingly no reason at around 2am. The two ladies at the front desk deserve a whole MEDAL though- as they tirelessly kept trying to figure out what was the issue. Eventually they just moved me to a different room. I probably wouldve canceled the reservation entirely were it not for the front desk ladies who so valiantly braved the evil smoke detector.

        I had really loved the stay here and was looking forward to coming back for work. However, I accidentally left some very important paperwork in my room that the cleaning staff must have thrown away. So disappointed that such important paperwork could be dismissed. Will not be returning for this reason.
