My son dropped off a suit and a shirt to be dry cleaned in preparation for a job interview. When he went to pick up his items, his suit was there but not his shirt. When asked about the shirt, he was informed that it was sent to another store and they would contact him when they located it. He contacted them the day before his interview and they told him they had no idea where his shirt was. The lady acted like this happened all the time and it was no big deal. Unacceptable.
