        I have been a member of Interra for many years. They have started charging for checking accounts and the customer service is AWFUL. I will be looking for a new credit union that actually cares about their members and does not charge me for putting my money into their financial institution.

        Came in to open an account, said that it takes over an hour and didn't not take us in at 11am on Saturday

        Not really about the location but overall institute. I prefer credit unions. But Interra is heavy in the practice of debit resequencing. It's not illegal but it is unethical.

        Awesome people working there I love the service and Im in and out quick doesnt matter if I go in or through the drive through Im still in and out quick and they are so nice and willing to help.
