        Extremely disappointed with the carpet cleaning service. Despite assurances of a thorough deep clean, upon inspection, I discovered numerous stains left untouched. It seems the carpets were merely rinsed and perfumed. After the cleaners left, I had to spot treat several areas myself, revealing their lack of attention to detail. Requested a full refund but received no response. This subpar job necessitates another cleaning by a different company. Disappointing experience overall. I've added one photo as an example. The carpet is also still wet even after running box fans all night.

        Jack and his helper (student) came on February 29, 2024 to clean our carpet. It was very dirty this time. Jack and his guy worked so hard and we were amazed at the results. It now looks brand new again. Thanks again guys and ChemDry. You are awesome.

      I wish you would have given us time and let us follow our normal company policy when dealing with customer concerns. You texted us Tuesday night at 8:24PM (after our business hours) and our owner and technicians were out early Wednesday morning on the job site giving us no time to address your concerns before you left us a one-star review. Our policy is to talk to the technicians that were in your home and the owner will contact you to deal with your concerns. As you can see from our other positive reviews, we pride ourselves in excellent service and customer satisfaction. I am sorry we did not meet that level of satisfaction for you.
