The worst place I have ever lived in. The management is shady. The apartments are run down with cabinets falling off the walls, doors falling off, the tub surround was falling off and had black mold behind it the lower cabinets in kitchen were moldy. The carpets are ancient, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. Oh and the wall outlets are so loose that everything falls out of them, and some of the lights only work some of the time. All in all I would 100% avoid this place at all cost there's a reason they have so many vacancies all the time. Nobody wants to live in a run down apartment and be charged for a decent apartment! Yeah been trying to get ahold of these people for a few weeks now they seem to have a hard time answering the phone at any time or day.

Worst apartment complex we put in multiple orders to have things fixed like our a/c or sliding glass door and kitchen cabinets but nothing was fixed the carpet was still ripped up from previous tenants and when I moved out I was told I would be getting my deposit back but they still have not sent it, its about 2.5 months please do not live here you guys it's literally awful

These apartments are a decent place to live and we were glad for the availability, but the brick units are pretty run-down so probably not the best choice long-term. Dog owners occasionally let their dogs poo on the grass where we walk, and the pool still isn't open yet (it's the end of May and hot). However, it's generally quiet and nobody messes with us, we feel relatively safe, the grounds are mowed regularly, price is decent, management is great and maintenance is very responsive and quick. Overall, we're glad to have chosen this place, and the surrounding neighborhoods are very nice.

Update after 3 months living here The pros: great community, no crime, very peaceful the staff is absolutely amazing. They have been very kind and understanding. If you ever have an issue, as long as you communicate what your issues are they will go out of their way to help. I helped work on the premium upgrades and they are making sure everything is well done not just half a**Ed to rent out If you need a place to stay, id recommend it 100% Cons: maintenance is slow but only due to being short staffed. They get the job done tho when asked. The outside patios need a little work but they are under new management who are getting things done that are promising Just moved into the complex, I have to give most the credit to Shannon Conway at the front desk. She made me feel very welcome and worked fast at getting me an apartment. I've been homeless for 5 years. I had 5 apartments to look at but Shannon got me in right away and has such a great attitude. If you are looking for a friendly face and a 0lace to live, go give Shannon a visit at the front desk.
