        My UPDATED experience Positives: - Management is available during normal hours - Roaches and spiders and silverfish are uncommon - It's been repainted - New locks installed Negatives: - People leave trash bags in the halls. I've gotten blamed for it as well until I recorded who was doing it. - Kid tried to steal my dog. - My car was broken into & destroyed & tires slashed in a low light area; they refuse to add lighting, then fine ME for "an immobile vehicle" - 2 months later another car is stolen by an armed pre-teen. STILL NO LIGHTING!!! - They argued with me about my car. I didn't blame them, I just mentioned it casually when talking about another issue and the buuld-up of why I'm upset.... I was told "that's everywhere". ....TWO VEHICLES? Everywhere? WHAT??? So this is a known issue or just the worst excuse? - When A/C was out (3rd time, 8th day total) I was told "they're working on it, it's not that hot out anyways". --- Then I talked to maintenance --- Bitter rant: They're overworked and trying to do what they can with what little they have. They're more helpful and honest than the office sitters who berate you if you have questions or issues needing fixed (walk in, they're gossiping. So obviously, they're very busy already right?)
