day 4 with no heat.They've rescheduled me 3 times, today looks like number 4. Customer service is little to no help.

They used to be the best. now I'm getting delayed deliveries and good luck trying to talk to an actual person if you try to call. I just spent 45 minutes with "Ruby" their A.I. being sent around in circles in their phone menu. I'm debating a change in gas suppliers.

Scheduled a delivery for yesterday a week ago because yesterday was my day off.. they didn't get to me yesterday and assured me I would be first today before I had to go to work.. I have a gate that I lock and large dogs so I had to be home when they came and instead of being first I was told the driver would get there when he gets there.. I'll be looking for a new propane supplier

The service is great. My complaint is this: Between a 500 gallon tank and a 200 gallon minimum delivery, it means I invariably have to buy propane at the winter prices. Expensive.

This is the worst gas company in the world, they let my 5 kids go without heat on a cold day after arriving at my home saying they could set a tank and then not set the tank but had to come back two days later and still not be smart enough to set a tank, the dm mr.lee who is supposed to be a leader couldn't figure out the problem and make something work so they will take your money but not get you going and take 4 days get your money back for there failed job
