he came on time as usual.to the people on here complaining about taxis not being there for flights.sometimes that cant be helped. i know one time me and my daughter came back from Las Vegas to midway airport late because our flight had to go back to the gate to let a sick passenger off so that took extra time and by the time we got back to midway our bus to northwest indiana wasnt running.it was past midnight so we had to find a taxi to bring us back to Griffith and we made it back all right.sometimes things happen on flights that cant be helped.you have to deal with it. and give them credit where its due.i myself took one of those cabs today .nice clean car and he was nice too.i never have a problem with any taxi. they do the best they can.

NEVER again will I use this service. First time two years ago I called to be taken to Chicago O’Hare for an international flight. Driver showed up 40 minutes late and then proceeded to take me to a nearby regional airport. When I pointed out his error, he then drove at speeds well in excess of 80 miles per hour to get us to the airport in time for our flight. Fast forward to yesterday. I made arrangements to be picked up from an international flight scheduled to arrive at 2:10 PM. The flight actually arrived at 2:25 PM and by time we got through customs and collected our bags it was 3:35 PM. Called and we told that the driver had left and it would be an hour before another driver could come. When did he arrive? 7:03 PM. 3 1/2 hours later. Next time Uber or Lyft. Never, never again.

Completely disappointed in the service. The driver and my friend actually argued and cursed at each other as my friend exited the vehicle. Completely awkward. No wonder why the ratings are so low. On top of that, for a 4 mile ride, he charged me over $20.
