Green Cleaning

WOW, I absolutely this company! I am so thankful I found them! Kellie is so pleasant! My home has never been so cleang! That means a lot because I have a child. I love the fact that they use "Green" products! I feel safe knowing that my home not only looks amazing but it is cleaned with products I know are safe for my baby! When you have a baby crawling around and putting things in their mouth it is reassuring knowing your home has been cleaned with no harsh chemicals! I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family!

I usually dont do this, but when a business such as this changes your whole perspective in cleaning, this deserves a review. Kellie and her staff in 3 words are efficient, professional, and flexible. Efficient in the work that they do and always make sure they are careful when they are cleaning. I have used their services 3 times before and I keep meaning to write this but this past cleaning service appointment has left me in awe of their superior service. They dont use any harsh or strong scent cleaning products which was a huge plus for me because I am allergic to a lot of stuff. They even showed me where the biggest dirt collections come from and how I can avoid it so it doesnt get that way again. The customer service they provide is amazing and professional to the point where I dont even have to say anything to them that they just know what needs to be done. Flexibility in scheduling is always a huge plus for me when it comes to services when they come to my house. They make appointments and if for any reason you need to change they are very flexible with that. We are all busy and they totally understand that and dont make you feel guilty about it. One thing I have noticed whenever I use their services is that my allergies like magic disappear. All I got to say about this business is that it is totally worth to book an appointment with them because they are like I said Efficient, Professional and Flexible= AMAZING SUPERIOR SERVICE

Had a great feeling about Kellie. First cleaning went ok. Lady skipped cleaning areas, had to point out I wanted sink in kitchen cleaned, broke my toilet bowl cleaner. No big deal, she was really sweet, other than telling me my house was very dirty. Like I didn't already know that... So I rebooked. I text Kellie the night before to confirm, nothing. Next morning text again, nothing. I called a half hour after the woman was suppose to be there and left a message. No response. Poor customer service. Only thing I can think of is they quoted me too low and cleaning lady thought my house was big. I had her skip rooms though. Very disappointed and she lied about charging extra for green products. $15 extra!!! Not cool, bad business practices.

Wow, such a great experience! Kellie was not only a pleasure to deal with, but she is a true pro. The cleaning was very thorough and ALL the products are environmentally friendly, how cool is that? I LOVED my cleaning service and will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks again Green Cleaning!

Kellie was wonderful to deal with. Very prompt with replying to emails, her staff was very professional, and the end result was fantastic. Will use again.
