        We have been with Ferrellgas for over 20 years with out any problems and we are on automatic refill. The last 2 months we have completely ran out of gas. Currently we were down to 10% and called ever day since last week and asked for a delivery and to check if we might have a gas leak. The person that answered the phone said we were set up for delivery on 1/24. We did not get a delivery on Wednesday. We called on Thursday and the person on the phone said were scheduled for Thursday. We did not get a delivery on Thursday. Now we were down to 5% so we called again and was told we were on for delivery on Friday. It is now Saturday.....we have had the heat set at 58....and now have portable heaters set up......NO DELIVERY.....I even said that we need to be checked for a leak.....NOTHING. We are now just about out completely.....we are in our 80's and freezing. What can we do to get some GAS? Speichert's 5611 W. 1450 N in Wheatfield.

        Very disappointed with Ferrellgas. My tank has been leaking since Jan., validated by their emergency tech. on site and their solution: wait until its close to empty and call back. So I did in April for the repair and a fill up. Ran completely out in May. Called and called and still waiting... End of June I switched to another company. Called Ferrellgas to get there tank that is now disconnected and in my front yard. Still waiting... Very disappointed Wheatfield Indiana. I emailed to their response to this review and no one reached out. They did finally get the tank after several more calls.

        I was told there would be no tank rental charges as long as I received gas at least once a year. Charged anyway.

        Staff is very friendly and helpful. Delivery is always on time. Set up so they deliver when we need it and it helps to make a worry free winter!

        The worst experience I have ever had. I have been waiting on a prepaid propane delivery for weeks. We are completely out. I have 5 kids, that I can not cook for or wash their laundry. Absolutely will we be switching companies. If someone tells you they will call you back it is a complete lie. Customer service gives you the run around and can't answer simple questions.
