Regions Bank

Spoke to them about a fraudulent mobile account opened in my name they assured me it was closed and taken care of. Well now here couple months later I get another mobile deposit letter from that account saying they have a hold on another $4,800 dollar check...To say the least I'm not happy. The fraudulent name they used was Jolene Pender my old married name so you know who is writing this review...haven't even had this last name in 17 years. I want to know how a bank even allowed someone to open an account in this name without proper identification...because this person doesn't exist...let alone the fact my credit has been frozen on all bureaus over 2 years. How was the account even opened....poor security practices on this bank beware.
