They showed up on time to give me a quote on two partial bath remodels. One was pulling the tub and replacing with new tub/tile or tile substitute. The other bath was pulling a corner shower unit, adding a downpour overhead shower fixture and replacing with a walk in shower/tile or tile substitute. Around a $15K - $20K job when all is said and done. Over two weeks later and I still have not received the quote despite being assured by the owner that he was working on it right now. We are going on week 3. I am only left to assume that if they are not doing the FULL remodel, then it isnt worth their time to even give a quote. I am a retired interior trim contractor. I can install my own vanities, tops and toilets. I still needed them to install all faucets and supply lines/valves. Needless to say, I will use another bathroom remodel contractor. Of the people who have come out, Chapman Plumbing was by far the most professional, timely and courteous. I had their quote the next day. Cupp might do exceptional work, but I will never know. If I have this much trouble getting a quote, I cant imagine the headache trying to get the actual work done.

Not Cupp plumbing anymore. It was bought by Mowery. Mowery does great work though. Very honest and reliable.

Craig was very helpful, patient with all my questions, and gave me some helpful tips. He was very thorough in solving my plumbing problem. I will definitely ask for him again.
