        We give the service tech 5/5 and Gregorys in general 4.5/5. They came out the day after calling, quickly diagnosed the issues, and spent time helping us understand the options so we could decide on a path forward. The only minor inconvenience was not being offered a potential window of time for the service visit, so an entire day was lost not knowing (even approximately) when the tech was going to arrive, which ended up being around 3PM. Recommend Gregorys, a locally owned family business, with no reservations!

        Walt was very personable. Prompt attention to business right away. Found the problem in just a few minutes.(most likely due to his experience.) service charge is very reasonable. Very happy with Gregorys appliance service.
