        Office is very rude and dismissive. Had surgery by Dr. Rutland, at discharged I was prescribed a pain medication that was back ordered. When I called his office they gave me a list of all the pharmacies that were out and was told 'I was not the only patient to call about this' and to 'take Tylenol because the Dr isn't going to prescribe you anything stronger anyway'. They also ignored my comments about my incision bleeding, and scheduled my post op over a week out. After 2 painful and uncomfortable days I finally scheduled an appointment with a different Dr, who took me in immediately and listend to my concerns and got me situated. They even had me seen a second time before my post op with Dr. Rutland to insure my incisions were doing better.
