I actually found it difficult to figure out what was the best option for storage units being there are so many in crown point. Lauran was the only person I called that gave me the help I wanted and was really helpful and nice about answering all the many questions I had.

LAUREN NEEDS A RAISE I've never had someone so helpful and invested I didn't even know how storage units work and she walked me step by step, and solved every issue I had! The elevator stopped working at one point and she was hands on helping every guest on the floor....Thank you!!!!!

Easy access but they are significantly higher then everyone else. Kept raising rates to build more buildings.

Same day move in. Lauren was very helpful in the process of moving. She made it stress free. I did run into an issue where my gate code didnt work and 2 short minutes later Lauren was able to give me a temp code while she worked on why my code wasnt working. She strived for my experience to go well and it did minus a small hiccup. She gave me her personal number so if any emergencies happen she would be able to get ahold of asap.
