Kate is a fantastic fitness instructor!
Her sessions are always well-conceived, fun, and challenging. I started taking her classes a little over a year ago. Since then, my physical strength and flexibility improvements have been unparalleled.
From my first session, I appreciated Kates attention to mindfulness and the significance of listening to ones body. She creates an inclusive and welcoming environment where each persons unique needs are acknowledged and respected.
She effortlessly conveys her bodywork expertise in a simple and relatable manner. Because of that, Ive learned so much about how to move my body safely and healthily.
Also, Kate is hilarious! She brings a lightheartedness to even the most challenging classes and always fosters positive and uplifting energy in the studio.
I highly recommend working with Kate to anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey and achieve their desired results!

Kate is an incredible instructor. She cares about her clients and always make you feel important as well as giving you a workout that your body can handle. She has a wonderful soul and spirit. I would highly recommend Kate. I have many other instructors but she is by far the best out there!
