        The lifeguards at Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA are more than just guardians of the pool they're like family. Our small group has come to rely on their watchful eyes and warm smiles during our frequent visits over the past year. Chris, Bob, Ethan (my swim coach), and the newest member, Nick, are nothing short of awesome.Their collective commitment to excellence makes every visit to the YMCA a joyous and safe experience. We're grateful to have such an exceptional team looking out for us.

        Great gym, the mornings are the best. During after school hours, it transforms to where teens gather. Especially when it's across the street from the high school. For what is offered in the area, I believe it to be the best value

        The facility is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the classes offered are wonderful. The only downside is it can get very busy and can make it difficult to use the services you'd like to but honestly I don't think there are any other facilities in the area with the capabilities the Southlake YMCA has.
