I just had my first workout here and it was killer! The other members were very welcoming and the coaches were friendly and knowledgeable. I have to say that the environment was a perfect mix of motivation and competition. There are some serious competitors in this class if thats what you are looking for. If your goal is to get lean, strong, and fit . then this is your place.

Ive been going for just over 2 months now. And I love this place. Its addicting. Not just the workouts, but its filled with great coaches and great teammates. The first time you go it may seem like everyone knows what they are doing. Do not get discouraged. The coach has already explained the workout and will and guide you. He or she will explain everything and show you how everything is done properly. There are always scaling options. Whether you are new, or just cant do a motion. My foot is currently hurt and I cant jump, so the coach will give me an alternate exercise. When I cant do pull ups, they will show me how to scale so that one day I can do pull ups. Highly encourage anyone thinking about joining to come check it out. You wont regret it!
