        The doctors are great, the staff is nice. The only bad thing is that they dont answer the phone and do not return your message. I commented to the staff about it and was told that they are to busy to answer the phone even though at that moment, no one was in the store.

        My experience was horrible. I took my sons glasses in for repair and was told that a replacement pair was needed and that an order was put in. I was also told that the frames should be ready in 7-10 days. I called back today to check the status of the order and was told that an order was never placed! Incompetent staff. I wont be returning.

        Ive been coming to this location the last three years. Dr Patel is GREAT! The rest of the staff is so kind and helpful as well. I would recommend this location to others in a heartbeat!

        My eye dr in crown point was fantastic! My phone calendar put my appointment on the wrong day but I didn't know. So I went in and they didn't have my 920 appointment. So the dr and receptionist said they can fit me in if I wanted to wait. As I was waiting I received a txt from my eye dr for my appointment for the next day. I went and showed the receptionist and she ask the dr so they said just stay and it will be fine. Thank you so much my eye dr!
