        The car wash damaged my vehicle over 10 days ago. The lack of response from family express is unprofessional. They have not returned my phone calls nor fixed my vehicle. Buyer beware of this car wash. Employees stated this happens all the time.

        I like FE. Their app & rewards is great. They have big foam cups that nobody else seems to have. Gatorade in the fountain machine too. Competitive gas prices & products inside.
