I have probably given 100+ 5-star reviews through Google. I love finding the positive and commenting on great experiences. Sadly, this bank (over the last 3 years) has declined to the point I will be closing every account I have there. I've been a customer for 35 years. People's bank used to know my name, my businesses, my dogs and kids names. I've opened accounts for every one of my kids there. Recent experiences (over the past 3 years) include: 1. Drive through workers who are incredibly rude, and act like you are interrupting them. 2. A new manager who is not accommodating at all to questions, or assisting with problems. In fact, they are quick to blame you for any issues you have with accounts. 3. You can no longer reach people at the bank by phone. You are directed to a call center which is completely devoid of customer service or personal interaction 4. I recently lost a debit card. I called to report it lost immediately. The bank actually cancelled the WRONG card, leaving the lost card active and open to fraudulent claims. The card they actually cancelled (the wrong one) was linked to auto payments that accrued late payments. When I made the bank aware of their error, they had no apology, offered no compensation for my trouble and fees, and begrudgingly offered to waive fees they themselves added to my accounts (due to their own error!) The 3 stars I left are for the employees that used to be at the bank, and for many years of great service. It's a different bank now, and it's terrible.

Great staff. Friendly and fast service. Very involved in the community. Dan Duncan in the commercial lending department is very knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond! I highly recommend!
