        I trust Jere and his work completely. Jere has been our go-to and exclusive hvac "guy" for the last 5 or 6 years. Has has installed two new units (we have three in our house) in the last 3 years. He ALWAYS goes "above and beyond" on the install, and he is there for service when called, quickly and troubleshoots the problem effeciently. When the AC in our Mother-In -Law Suite went out and we had guests coming on an extreemly hot July weekend - he was there faster than expected. He doesn't nickel and dime you. Instead he builds a relationship, and I value that more than calling "the cheapest guy in town". His prices are more than fair. His service / knowldge is top shelf and he is trustworthy...AND he installs only quality products. Services: HVAC system repair, Heating system repair, A/C system repair, HVAC duct & vent repair, Heating system installation, HVAC duct & vent installation, Repair HVAC, Install AC, Heating system maintenance

        They respond quickly but still waiting on an estimate and the warranty on the product they want to use. I asked about the product and didnt get a reply . He told me to research it. Apparently I offended him by asking questions about what would get done.

      No offense taken. I have always tried to give a fair industry price for work performed. Being hit with Google pricing on parts from a customer is a nonstarter. I wish you well on your repair.
