Had him look at a potential A/C leak and he went straight to the point and explained things very well as to what was going on. Hes not like other mechanics who say something needs replacing when it really doesnt. Our problem wasnt bad and he let us know right away about it and how to fix it. He also went out of his way to check other problems we had and provided solutions for them, would definitely recommend going to him! Amazing service and amazing people. Came and got me for way cheaper then any other towing service would and it was in the dead of night. Very fast service and affordable. I was stuck in some mud, pretty deep, and pulled me out really quick. I also had a damaged tire rod and he offered to fix it and even allowed me to come by and help out/learn how to fix it for a very cheap price. They were very nice, and I could not recommend a better place to call. Services: Auto maintenance, Special vehicle towing

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with any car work!! My boyfriend and I decided to take his younger sister on a vacation to Tennessee and by the end of the week my car could barely run. We were rolling into the cars behind us and not able to move in Gatlinburg traffic. We were extremely worried about how we would make it back home to Illinois and were discussing how dangerous it would be to attempt the 9 hour drive home when we just happened to be walking behind Erik and his family. OH MY was he a godsend. He was immediately friendly and talked as if we had known him for years. He wholeheartedly listened to our concerns and experience with the car and assessed it all in a timely manner. Erik found the problem and had us back on the road in less than 10 minutes. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. Best service by far!! Services: Transmission repair, Transmission, Vehicle Inspection

I was stuck on the road with my truck, I called Erik and he was really nice and calming, it was late at night and they were willing to help and make sure we were safe, they prefer safety first Good job guys
