        Nick is a nice guy but sadly he didnt learn enough from his dad, and how he took pride in the business, and being there for his customers, to be the agent his dad was.

        I went to state farm and they were great and very professional. I almost NEVER could get ahold of Nick Grimes and when I did he would say " I'll look into it and call u back" heard that bull to many time very disappointed in him. Update: Farmers is still sending me a bill for insurance they said I was covered for that 2 months but I had emailed Nick and told him I wanted it cancelled if he didn't do his job and get a hold of the main company to make sure they knew I canceled my insurance that's his fault I shouldn't have to pay for that as because as I said earlier I already have insurance through State Farm but you would think after 23 years of being with the same farmers Insurance Company you would get treated with a little bit more respect and honesty and get a call back I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and to be honest maybe it's not the insurance company but my agent who is at fault
