Not impressive but basic. Breakfast was undercooked, no blankets in the room, bathroom was fair. Key card for the doors was always a pain. Something spilled on the walls of the hallway that were never cleaned.

They did not make the beds when they cleaned the room on our 3 day stay. Breakfast was just okay. People were nice

Extremely rude manager. She refused to give us more than one set of towels because husband books with CLC through his company and they said they will only accommodate one person in the room. She made me feel unwelcome even though weve never had this issue anywhere else. I have travelled with my husband (him booking under his company CLC) for a few years now. She wouldnt even give him new towels without seeing our used towels first and then went through each one and in front of people accused us of staining them yellow. This was after we just wanted more towels she then accused us of ruining their towels that are already stained and their bedding is also disgusting and stained as well. She wanted to accuse us and embarrass us in front of other people and that is unacceptable. She also said that I have to let housekeeping in and after I said please dont come in because I was getting dressed they barged in anyways while I was naked. I was very humiliated. We felt very uncomfortable and harassed here. My husbands company will not be housing any of his workers in this awful place going forward. The lady working the front desk apologized profusely for her managers behavior and said she shouldnt have accused us like that. Rooms: Bathroom shower door doesnt stay closed and the tile is falling apart. Bed sheets were stained so bad we had to go buy our own sheets and blanket to use. Front desk will also accuse you of staining towels yellow when we have nothing yellow that could have stained them.

As a first-time guest at Best Western, I was thoroughly impressed. The room exceeded expectations spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were particularly noteworthy, providing exceptional comfort with firm support, ideal for those with back problems. To my delight, the motel offered a complimentary breakfast. It wasn't just your typical continental spread. They boasted a variety of hot and cold options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The staff was another highlight. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, my Best Western experience was exceptional. From the clean and comfy accommodations to the delicious breakfast and friendly service, they delivered excellent value for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this motel to others.
