I've never in my life ever been treated like this from any other electric company the employees are rude and don't care I'm wondering if it's just the company it's self but either way they don't even come close to the best electric company I've had in the past tipmont is for sure 5star but sorry cville light company you guys for sure don't earn even one star in the office area the line men and possibly women would for sure have at least 4 stars I'm definitely considering to shut everything off in my place and keep my electric really low because this place don't deserve it

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. CELP is a very difficult electric company to be in partnership with. The staff are always difficult to work with and our bill is constantly messed up. I would avoid this company with everything in you unless you want to deal with issues on a month to month basis. They are quick to shut your electric off and they have no grace period! Be cautious with settling with this company!

The power was cut off by my landlord due to non-payment. He finally paid them by phone, and was told the pet would be turned back on in 30 minutes. That was hours ago. I called and was told The web site we use to turn the power back on is down. We have until 4 pm to turn it back on. They didnt offer to replace my groceries in the freezer, or give a credit on the account for the inconvenience. The staff is rude and unprofessional. This company is absolutely the worst.
