        I came in today with a few questions involving my banking with First Merchant's Bank and Dia at the desk was extremely helpful and kind to me! I even had to call her back a few minutes later to get a question answered that slipped my mind while I was in the office, and she was very kind and helpful over the phone as well! I definitely recommend banking with this office if you live in Crawfordsville, or are a student like myself at Wabash College!

        Went through the drive through to deposit money sat there for 5 minutes before the lady said she would be right with me after 15 minutes of waiting I had to get out and go inside for th to tell they were doing other stuff. When I walked in the lobby was empty as well, maybe the workers should pay more attention the the people that bank with them.
