      Sorry to hear that you had issues. We strive to provide professional service rather it's with our hourly employees or one of our certified sub contractor teams. We have an excellent written warranty, and stand beside it 100% We make sure every client is satisfied, we don't expect to be paid until so. Never do we ask for money up front. Not sure why you paid the bill if you weren't happy. Call our office so we can make it right. Thanks for the review.
