        I recently brought my vehicle in for a driveline issue. The problem was diagnosed, parts were ordered and vehicle was scheduled for repair. After some miscommunications, and parts delays I was seriously considering going to another dealership. However, I decided to talk to the Service Director, Timothy Mclean and thats where things changed. He explained the current parts shortages throughout the automotive industry were causing major delays in vehicle repairs. He apologized for the miscommunications, and personally got involved tracking down parts so that my vehicle could be repaired. Through a handshake and his word he assured me that the vehicle would be repaired to my satisfaction in a timely manner. He and his team delivered on that promise. Timothy Mclean is a man of his "word", and that is rare these days, he stands behind his service department and team, to make things right!
