I dropped my phone off towards the end of November. I was told they would have my screen fixed on my phone and to come back the following Saturday. WEEKS later I got a phone call saying it was ready. I went in on a Saturday, like I was advised, and seen that my screen had NOT been repaired and that my account was noted for a data transfer. I explained to the gentleman that I was told my screen would be fixed and I was told to come back on a Saturday. The guy told me, Weve had a lot of problems with people not putting notes in accounts here lately. They just put data transfer on your account. I cant do anything today because were too busy on Saturdays. When I asked the gentleman what to do, he said, Drop BOTH of your phones off Monday at ten. Unfortunately, I dont have convenient 10-5 work hours. I work in healthcare Monday-Friday from eight to five and dont have time to go to their store at, ten. WHAT?!?! WHY did I have to wait so long if my screen wasnt getting fixed? Makes ZERO sense! WHY was I told to pick up on a Saturday if youre too busy???? Furthermore, its CLEAR that theres a COMMUNICATION PROBLEM! I WILL be speaking to a manager about this. The unprofessionalism is absolutely ridiculous. Thats whats wrong with society these days. You have kids running these places that have a sense of entitlement and NO respect! I do NOT recommend this place! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
