        I bought a Chrysler Pacifica with an extended warranty here. The engine light constantly comes on. When I drop it off for service, no one bothers to communicate with me. I end up having to make multiple phone calls to get answers and my vehicle is gone for an average of 2 weeks at a time. All I get is empty promises when I call, and they never seem to have a loaner vehicle available but I never find this out until I am there to drop it off for service. I've also been waiting for my replacement key fob for over seven months. I regret buying a vehicle here more than my first marriage.
