        DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR MACHINE HERE TO BE REPAIRED! They do not have certified repairmen. They had my serger for 3 weeks and it worked for a couple of seams before it stopped working again. I took it to Austin's where they had to remove all the "white grease" put on by S&VA. S&VA did not notice that the blades on my 25+ yr old serger needed to be replace. I will never go here again.

        I brought in my Viking for repair of my bobbin thread not locking and the repair man said my machine would not turn on???? What, then he said it needed a expensive board and suggested a trade in on a machine. Not after you blew up my machine. It was working before I brought it in. Beware if this place. Not to mention the machine was filthy after getting it back, poor service practice.

      Therese thank you for talking with me about your repair. I checked into it a bit and found that the correct lubricant was used and our technician did not feel the blades needed to be replaced. Our sew test was good but obviously you had a problem. I sure wish you had brought it back for us to resolve as it was in warranty. As for the time frame it took that was what our service department was running at that time. We are not a Baby Lock dealer but work on all brands with pride and experience. I am sorry I could not comply with your request to remove the review if I would refund your repair. I feel that is unethical behavior and I am not comfortable with that request.
