Dont let your loved one go there! Was called at 7:30am that my mom fell and was ok. At 9:30pm the same day I received a call that my moms hip was fractured and was being sent to hospital. She was 94 years old and they let her lay for over 14 hours with a broken hip. Apparently they did no medical observation on her throughout the day or they could have easily determined it was broken. They sent her to the hospital in someone elses clothes that were inappropriate and two sizes too big. Unfortunately my mom passed away days after hip surgery.

My grandmother was admitted to this facility due to her dementia. They had her on so much medication that she had to be rushed to the hospital unresponsive from an overdose. We did not allow her to go back to the facility after being released from the hospital. She had lost weight, had bruises that could not be explains, and was heavily medicated. We of course werent allowed to see her because of Covid
