        My parents were happy with the service at their house so we had Steve come out for our new bathroom and laundry room. He also replaced a water heater. He did good work and passed city inspection on the first pass. Steve definitely was a busy/in demand guy, but very good value and professional if you can be patient and don't have an emergency. Services: Water heater installation, Toilet installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation

        Called Duerr's twice in one day for a work related plumbing issue. Both times told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. It's 24+ hours later and no one has ever called back. I have since called another plumbing company, whom in the same day came out & repaired the issue.
