        This place was the ABSOLUTE BEST FOR ME AND MY SONS NEEDS! THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND EVERYONE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE FOR IT TO BE A SUNDAY LOL I LOVE THEM AND THEY FELF LIKE FAMILY. I WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

        Made an appointment easy enough for all four of my family members. Had all our info and paperwork done online so it was straight to the exams. All the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Rose is great! I have absolutely no complaints.

        It all started a few days ago when visionworks told us we could get same day exam and glasses if we showed up earlier in the afternoon. They offered us a 3pm appointment. We drive an hour and arrive at 2:45. From the moment we arrived there was a steady supply of people asking to reschedule or cancel their appointments due to wait times. Furthermore a desk jockey stated to her fellow employee openly and vverbally that she was moving a kid to the front of the line because he was poorly behaved. They lied to us about our position in line telling us we were next before they called other people back. We were not seen until 3:49 And they REPEATEDLY stuck us back in the waiting room between tests.. when i asked if we were still going to be able to get glasses today at 4:37 i clarified that we had been there almost two hours , the responded by having a group meeting right in front of me where they claimed i had only been there an hour and a half since his appointment was at 3pm. Firstly thats still unacceptable, secondly its false because we showed up early, thirdly their priorities should have been fixing the situation not slandering their customers right in front of them. we did not get out of there until.5:38 Seeing this place go out of business and be replaced by people who know what they are doing is the only good resolution I can imagine for this place.
